Scope
These terms apply to anyone using rebootmedia.net or engaging Reboot Inc for services. By using the site or hiring us, you agree to them.
Service deliverables
Our $499 Website Build includes a custom site, on-page SEO and AEO, mobile-first design, and the first 30 days of post-launch updates. Specifics for each engagement are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Payment
Website Build: paid in full at kickoff. Retainer: monthly, charged on the first business day of each month, cancellable any time with 14 days' notice.
Ownership
Once paid for, the site is yours. You own the design, copy, and configuration. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you ask otherwise.
Liability
We don't guarantee specific Google rankings or revenue outcomes — search engines and AI engines change their algorithms regularly. We do guarantee best-practice implementation and a working site at launch.
